Subwoofer will not disappoint! |

This subwoofer is seriously impressive. I was skeptical of whether one 13w7 will be sufficient considering I previously had three RF P3s in a ported box. But this one speaker is seriously much louder and better quality than my previous setup. I will caution prospective buyers to invest $200-400 in having a custom box built by professionalss in order to unlock this beast's true potential. I will also caution buyers that this speaker is way louder than I previously thought considering its reputation as a SQL driver. In fact, the SQL is probably less than what I thought considering its reputation. Don't get me wrong, the sound quality is impressive but this driver puts out some serious bass. I guess I thought I was going to get an Alpine or Boston Acoustic's experience. However, I got a speaker which is just as clear but much louder. I recommend pairing the speaker with the JL 1000/1v2 amp which is perfectly built for this driver. Lastly, I would recommend that prospective buyers look around on the internet where this speaker can be found for around $650 and the amp also goes for around the same.

This is an amazing sub. If you need a sub with deep bass that will hit hard,
this is definitely it. I have my 13w7 hooked to an 1000/1 and I plan to buy
another w7 and 1000/1. This definitely is the best sub I've heard.

Yeah thats right. This is the best sub out there. Fans of Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth,Suffocatiion,Immolation,Marduk or any extreme metal this is the only choice. Yeah, and any rap hip hop fans want to go one on one I'll double bass you'll out . I can't stand that boom boom boom.
I have two 13w7's and a 1000/ I have an HD amp running two components Morels. I mighthave another 1000/ the end of 09.
I don't need all the rims or the flashy chains. I assure you''ll will hear me coming. So, all you posers SUFFER!

Just upgraded from a w6 whoa talk about a difference this sub will literally
blow you away. I havent got its potential all the way since I have just a
500/1 jl audio amp but just with this amp not even turned all the way up I
mean dang the bass it sounds so good. Saving up for a 1000/1 I can just
imagine the bass what it is going to be.
