Only nefaive is the small speaker wire attachment openings.  I have large guage wiring
and it was difficult to make a good connection.  All else is as good as described.

Nice sound and plenty of power (watts) I like the ease of use.  It would be hard to find
any Onkyo at this price.

Excellent receiver January-02-11
Reviewer: EdM from Wilmington,NC
This product surprised me.  It was easy to set up and calibrate.  It matched my Directv box
and Shape TV.  I am able to turn everything on with my Directv remote as well as adjust the
volume (it also turns everything off). The power and sound is better than I thought possible.
I fully recommend it for the average individual wanting surround sound.

Excellent receivere September-20-10
Reviewer: Matt from Buffalo, NY
I purchased this receiver as part of a full HD upgrade I did. This receiver does
everything you need it to do. Connections in the back are very easy to handle.
I'm still using a 5.1 surround setup, but you can easily do a 7.1 setup as well.
The best part is that if you're using HDMI-out to a TV, you can modify settings
through a menu that you see on the TV. Also, you can manually alter how certain
inputs on the back  are handled. If you want to use the DVD component connection
as a game connection, you can change that. Audio settings are easy to modify and
the sound is fantastic. Crutchfield, as usual, delivered this VERY quickly.

Overkill August-31-10
Reviewer: pelican from FL
Sound and volume is good.  Tone control range is narrow.  I cannot reduce the high
frequency female voices enough to fully comprehend dialogue.  The TX-SR380 is more
amplifier than I need for the TV, my primary and possibly only use.   The instruction
booklet was difficult to follow.  I needed two telephone service calls to get it running.  The
telephone service people were very helpful and patient with me.
