A mobile A/V hub with the bonus of built-in Bluetooth®
Pioneer's AVH-P2400BT DVD receiver boasts excellent A/V capabilities and functionality, while built-in Bluetooth adds the convenience and safety of hands-free calling. The receiver sports a 5.8" screen with user-friendly touchscreen controls, plus simple menus that you can customize to your liking. And you can choose from five display colours and 112 key panel illumination options for a look that's right for your dash.
Once you pair your mobile phone with the AVH-P2400BT, you'll never have to fumble for your phone when you're in the car. Just press a button when a call comes in and talk hands-free, just as if the caller is in the car with you. You can also access your phone book from the screen, so outgoing calls are quick and easy to make.
Start playing your music and video
After you've connected your iPod® to the front-panel USB input, you'll be able to use the receiver's controls to access your playlists, while Alphabet Search and other handy tools help you find the song you want in a snap. And the 1-amp USB port will charge your devices quickly. Of course, this Pioneer will play all your discs, including CDs or DVDs you've burned with music files.
The 5.8" LCD screen plays DVDs in bright, clear detail when you're parked. Add Pioneer's CD-IU51V cable to view video content from your iPod or iPhone®, then set up some video screens for your backseat passengers so they can watch movies or other video content while you drive.
If you connect your iPhone to the receiver with Pioneer's CD-IU51 cable, you can take charge of your Pandora® account from the touchscreen, complete with thumbs-up and thumbs-down controls.
Strong Pioneer sound
The receiver's built-in amp delivers crisp, clean sound that you can tailor with an 8-band equalizer. If you'll building a system, the three pairs of preamp outputs help you connect and control your external amps.
Add navigation and more
Pioneer's AVIC-U220 navigation module converts the AVH-2400BT into a full-fledged navigation receiver. And you can add a rear-view camera to the receiver's cam input — it'll make backing up in tight spots a lot easier and safer, too.
