Upgraded from Panasonic HTiB 5.1 system. This came with a purchase of Polk RM87 speakers. I have it connected to an Onkyo TX-NR609 receiver and sounds great. Has more bass than I thought it would have for a small sub. I can't get it out of my head though to get a 12" sub with more power...maybe later. Good thing I got a receiver that can have 2 subs. This lil' sub does a superb job at whatever I throw at it and don't regret not getting a bigger sub for $50 more. I say, if you want to upgrade from the Wally world cheesy HTiB's, get this sub, you won't be disappointed.

I like this. It adds alot to any sound system. You almost feel like you are in an movie theater.

Sub is located in my living room and used as 1 of my 6 channels of surround. Sub was free with my other Polk audio purchases. Excellent base and value. Polk always makes great products.

nice and compact with some good lows...the only thing i really have to judge it against is the bose sub...not as much bass/thump but then, not as much money. part of an indoor surround system i value-engineered using all polk products. needed the surround speakers to all be white. used a pair of atrium5 in front, atrium4 in rear and one blackstoneTL2 for the center...with the polk special, all of it was less than $500!
