The slow load times and eject button doesn't bother me. It takes about 20 seconds to load the Blu-Ray. However, I have been getting Blu-Rays from Netflix, and so far I had nothing but problems playing them. 2 for 2 did not work. They would freeze up or take about 2 minutes to load. It would get to the menu screen, I press play, and nothing. I have the latest update installed.

I bought this player last year because I love watching movies in BR. The picture and sound is great. The problem is when I play BR Disks that 3 out of 5 disk either stop at the beginning or somewhere before the end of the movie this gets on your nerves and also you miss some of the movie and you don't know how much you miss or what.

Works fine, good picture. Sooooooo slow to open, I have to anticipate when my two year old wants to watch a movie cause by the time it opens and loads shes ticked! I wish that I could have it connect to the internet wirelessly with out paying so much for it.

Yes, BD players are slow to load. Fine, I can live with that. But why did my 5-year-old Sony DVD player have the ability to remember the last play position of the last 50 (!) disks I had watched, while this technological wonder can't remember a single one if you take the disk out of the player?
Also, I have a 42" Sony HDTV (KDF-42E2000) which maxes out at 720p. So, in my experience, if you cannot do 1080p on your TV/display, Blu-Ray is money wasted. I honestly couldn't see a lick of difference between BD and regular DVD movies. And believe me, I tried, seeing as how I was doing my best to justify this purchase to my wife. Alas, I failed miserably, and ended up selling it, buying a Sony DVD player with an HDMI output, and losing about $150 dollars in the deal - when I bought this, it was a $350 unit. Over the course of one month, it dropped to the price you see here.
