Used the speakers as replacements for Pioneer speakers that lasted 5 years in same location. Barely got a year out of them. They disintegrated, very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

Installed four of these and sounded pretty good with the bass turned down. Aftermarket sub was a must. After less than a year, speaker cone deteroited and falling apart. For the price and being a marine speaker you would think this wouldn't be a problem. Avoid these unless you want a pair of disposable speakers.

These speakers sounded pretty good, but surely not great considering their price. However, the speaker cones disintegrated after less than two seasons. I don't know what material is used to make the cones, but it really isn't suited for exterior marine applications

My boat came with these speakers, but they dissapoint at higher volumes. Distortion becomes a problem. You can shut the bass off, and they are fine. But I'm replacing them with JL Audio. I'll see how much better they are.

Very happy with the purchase of these speakers. I installed four of them in my boat this past summer, powered by a Sony Marine amp. Highs are good and bass is good to certain volumes, but for a set of 6 1/2's they give a pretty decent thump. They look great and have the look of a factory install. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
