They sound great even with my factory stereo. All ranges (high, mid, low) blend well without one being overwhelming.

These speakers are a vast improvement to the manufacturers speakers at a very reasonable price. Also this was my first purchase with Crutchfield and it was a great experience which I intent to repeat.

I read reviews before I purchased and installed these. I didn't believe the reviews about the bass but I actually have less bass coming from these than my stock speakers which were the same size unknown brand. I have played around with settings and have everything hooked up right. The mids and highs sound better but it is definitely lacking bass(which could be my own expectation). I have a kenwood with the latest mosfet so its not that. These would be perfect if I had subs cause these things do crank up pretty good if the bass settings are lowered. Overall, I think they are good speakers but I was expecting more like what you hear from a premium factory stereo on a new car (bass wise). I can't wait to get subs cause I know these things will deliver the mids and highs really loud and clear without crackling.
