Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Yes, sales tax applies to purchases shipped to Canadian addresses. Taxes vary depending on your province.

What are my payment choices?
 

We accept payment by:

  • Credit card: American Express, Visa, MasterCard
  • Debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo

    Crutchfield does not accept C.O.D. orders.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  You can click the My Account link to print a copy of your invoice.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  When you place your order, we'll authorize your credit card for all in-stock items. An authorization is a temporary hold on the funds. We will finalize the charge to your credit card when the items ship. You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, at no cost to you, by calling 1-800-297-9469. We're available 7 days a week.
What are environmental handling fees?
 

Laws in some Canadian provinces require Crutchfield to collect fees to offset the cost of recycling certain electronic devices. Crutchfield will add the appropriate fees to your invoice.

GST/HST/PST Applicable GST/HST will be charged on the amount of the fee. Applicable PST will be charged on the amount of the levy/EHF.
