I was seeking a set of speakers for Atmos and I have a vaulted ceiling. I nearly purchased the add on Atmos enabled modules and Chad informed me that they wouldn't work with my ceiling. He recommended a set of Polk Blackstone speakers and ceiling brackets. I haven't received them just yet, but when I do, I am confident that they will work great. Thank you!

Chad provided me with a great service. He patiently responded all (the very many) questions I asked and gave me confidence that I was getting the correct speakers for my car. He also gave additional input on extra hardware pieces that I needed in order to make the installation. I find his and Crutchfield service/know-how very helpful to overcome all the small little questions that get in the way of you just going ahead and installing the equipment yourself, knowing beforehand that you are getting all the hardware you will need so that you don't get stuck in the middle of your installation with the doors disassembled realizing that you needed something else to complete the installation.. Not sure if Chad was behind the scenes on my replacement but I want to thank him and everyone else at Crutchfield who helped replace my car radio. The radio I originally received had an annoying, regular high pitched sound when auxiliary was engaged. Your service people talked me through several options to address it without success. When it became clear it was a radio issue you quickly and courteously shipped me a new radio and the items I needed to return the defective item. I just installed the new radio, the high pitched sound is gone and, I might be imagining it, but it seems as if the overall sound quality has improved as well. Thank you very much for your kind support. I will be ordering from Crutchfield in the future and will let my friends know of my very positive experience.
