I'm a 36 year old motorhead with no knowledge of audio set-up, equipment pairing, etc. Until recently, I was only interested in torque and horsepower. Given my car only had one factory speaker forced me to upgrade my car's audio. Iris was very patient with me, answering all of my questions, confirming that the sub, 3 way component set-up, and two amps were optimal. Everything she said matched with what I've read from JL audio's site and audio forums. HIGHLY recommended customer service associate!
