Have had the pleasure of speaking with JC on several occasions. Decided to order Klipsch RSB 11 sound bar, on his suggestion and feedback. Had to locate Subwoofer in what I thought was an awkward spot. JC indicated it would be fine. He was RIGHT, it actually sounds better in the alcove. Have also decided to upgrade our 2 channel stereo and TV. JC has been great to work with!! Thanks!!
