Great experience! Stone flashed into my computer and showed me various choices of tuners and explained the advantages and disadvantages to each tuner. He included wiring and system configurations best suited for my vehicle. I'll always continue to use Crutchfield.

Stone was a great help when I finally decided on the aftermarket speakers I wanted for my truck. Since I wasn't yet ready for a new head unit, I wanted to feel assured that the speakers I chose would work well with both a factory unit and, in the future, a new, more powerful, head unit. I am very grateful for Stone's help. He listened carefully to the challenges we were having getting our Kenwood Bluetooth/CD player to work correctly in our new Jeep Renegade and he came up with solutions and helped make sure we bought the "right" options and not just spend a lot of money. He seemed sincere and willing to talk with the installers once we receive the part. I would like to thank Stone for his help on replacing a head unit that I wasn't happy with. The one that I previously ordered had a very cumbersome EQ menu and lacked a lot of small features that wasn't apparent until after I installed it. He got me into a new Alpine UTE-62BT which utilizes the TuneIt app from my phone making EQ adjustments easy. Stone is very knowledgeable and helpful, great to speak with. Thank you!

I wanted to let you know that the dash kit that was ordered for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata fit like a glove! A few tweaks here and there and I swear to you, you wouldn't know the difference! No gaps whatsoever and the install was done by the gift receiver (my boyfriend Mike). Extremely thankful for your service! We will be ordering again soon! Always something to install !
