Juan Medina's 2007 Dodge Charger

Items installed:

Installation Description

I have done numerous installations and always purchase my equipment from Crutchfield. I love their policies and great customer service. This particular car is too new so there were no MasterSheets available from Crutchfield yet, and I had to figure it out on my own. The system sounds good for my needs -- I have outgrown the days of heavy bass. I may step up to a Kenwood or Alpine as this Pioneer unit doesn't filter out engine noise very well.

Q&A Section

Why did you decide to upgrade your A/V system?

I am an audiophile and enjoy hearing all recordings as they were intended.

What's the first thing you show people about your installation?

How clean the installation was done.

Why did you choose these products?

I had these products from another car, except for the speakers. I wanted the best possible equipment I could afford.

What was the most difficult part of the installation?

Keeping everything clean and organized.

What plans, if any, do you have for future upgrades?

I plan to replace the DVD unit with a top-of-the-line Alpine or Kenwood as well as upgrade the front speakers to component speakers.
