Today we're gonna look at the big picture for Clarion in 2010.
First there's the look. They're very sleek and the cosmetics are smooth and it will integrate perfectly with your dash; they're not meant to be distracting or look out of place at all. The buttons are also very big and easy to use whether they're physical buttons or buttons on a touch screen.
Clarion heard loud and clear that you want all the features you can get and these stereos are loaded. Take for example, even the base model, the CZ100. It has an auxiliary input for MP3 or iPod®, an EQ for tuning, two sets of preamp outputs with subwoofer controls, and a low-pass filter. And you can add Clarion's Bluetooth®. All that for ninety dollars, and it only gets better from there.
I was really glad to see that the stereos that have a USB input are capable of direct iPod control. Just plug your iPod in — regular iPod cable — you get complete control over it and it charges the iPod too. All models of iPod, including the Touch and the iPhone and the iPhone 3GS, are compatible.
Most of the stereos also give you the option to have HD Radio™, XM and Sirius satellite radio, and they all have Bluetooth connectivity either built in or optional. If you want in dash video you have three options — a double-sized fixed screen or a regular sized stereo with a double-sized screen that folds out, or a regular-sized stereo with a 3-1/2 inch fixed screen.
So those are the highlights of this year's Clarion car stereo lineup. These stereos are exciting because you'd be hard pressed to find as many features and such good quality for this price. You can learn more about them at the Crutchfield website and when you're ready to pick one out for yourself and your car, give us a call. We'd like to help you.
