Great sound and quality

2020 Jeep Wrangler
This speaker upgrade was done after work for about 2 hours a night for 4 nights. Then add my Saturday to it as well. Part of the problem for time was also installing a new Insane Audio Head Unit at the same time. The instructions were printed out in color for easy reference while taking my 2020 Jl apart. You have to take the whole dash apart and pull the soundbar as well as the passenger seat. The instructions were good but could have been integrated since this set consists of the speaker set and the amplifier set and there are seperate instructions for both. The front speakers are basically a remove and replace swap. The 6x9s in the soundbar were annoying to install. You have to cut out a significant amount of plastic to make them fit after removing the old speakers. I used a dremmel tool and a 3 1/2 grinder to remove the plastic. If you are handy you will be fine but it is still messy and an annoying part of the install. Reassembly of everything you take apart again would have been better with complete instructions not 2 sets that were different. The sound is fantastic and also loud without loss of clarity. I was unable to make the preamp work with the head unit I purchased even though it is OEM compatible. Since my girl didn't come with factory subwoofer I had to do a reset of the preamp and for some reason it would not work. Kept preamp wired for remote lead function but swapped RCA outputs to the head unit. It was a small workaround for me but as stated it
Pros: Increased wattage Increased volume Way better clarity
Cons: Cutting soundbar to fit 6x9s Instructions should be for the whole package not 1 set for speakers and 1 for amplifiers (you do this you're just going to take everything apart and complete install before putting back together)

I STARTED THINKING THAT THIS MIGHT BE OVER PRICED HOWEVER ONCE I HOOKED IT UP AND CHANGED THE EQ SETTINGS I WAS EXTREMELY SURPRISED. THE SYSTEM IS IMPRESSIVELY LOUDER AND THE INSTALL I GIVE A 4 OUT OF 5 FOR DIFFICULTY. MY ONLY CRITICISM AND REASON FOR THE 4 STAR RATING IS I FEEL THE AMPS SHOULD BE CHANGED TO THE NA2-400.2 WHICH HAS A X-OVER FOR BETTER TUNING ABILITY. OTHER THAN THAT THE SYSTEM BLEW AWAY MY EXPECTATIONS. I NOW FIND REASONS TO DRIVE MORE JUST TO LISTEN TO MY SYSTEM. I ALSO ADDED THE SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE WITH 2 - 8" SUBWOOFERS AND THE SYSTEM IS KNOCKING THE ADDED BASS KNOB WAS AN EXTRA!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SET UP WELL WORTH THE PRICE CONSIDERING THE PRICE OF THE FACTORY ALPINE UPGRADE

Cons: AMP MISSING X-OVER CONSIDER ADDING WIRE ROUTING INSTRUCTIONS/DIAGRAM FOR FRONT SPEAKERS AND REAR SOUND BAR
