These are perfect. Shocking to find an exact fit part for a 31 year old vehicle. I bought two of these. One to mate to the stereo and a second to replace one on the car side of the harness a previous owner had healed up.

Fits the Eagle

1986 AMC Eagle
This was the only adapter available for my 1986 Eagle. I hooked it up to my Alpine CDA-105 unit (Which does fit using the OEM radio bracket) It all fits in like it was meant to be there and with my new door and rear speakers and I got mirrors shaking again. I'm pretty happy with not having to chop up my harness just to get some music.
Pros: Don't have to cut a harness that would be hard to replace

1987 AMC Eagle
I was amazed that Crutchfield had a wiring harness for my 87 AMC Eagle radio. I didn't want to mess up the wiring harness from the car and this made it perfect to fit and plug in (almost a plug n play). The JVC receiver works fantastic thanks to the wiring harness. Thank you Crutchfield.
