Vehicle Compatibility: The Metra Turbo Kit 2 (99-7507) is designed specifically for 2006-2008 Mazda 6 vehicles. The 99-7507 allows you to replace your factory stereo with an aftermarket stereo to improve the overall sound quality of your car audio system. Install Kit w/ Integrated HVAC Controls: The installation kit features a recessed opening that will fit most single-DIN aftermarket head units. The kit features high-grade ABS plastic and is contoured to match your vehicle's factory dashboard color (black) and texture. The install kit also retains full functionality of your factory HVAC system by integrating soft-touch button controls into the front-panel of the kit and allowing the use of your vehicle's factory dash vents and rotary control knobs. All control knobs and buttons are backlit for easy viewing and duplicate the factory lighting in your vehicle. In addition, the installation kit features a factory-styled hazard lights button.

Wiring Harness: The Metra Turbo Kit 2 (99-7507) also includes the wiring harness which connects to the install kit, your vehicle's factory radio harness, and your new aftermarket head unit. The 5-pin clear connector of the included harness and the vehicle's 16-pin factory radio harness plug into the back of the installation kit. The multi-pin red molex connector of the wiring harness will plug into your vehicle's other factory radio harness. The un-terminated wire leads of the included harness will need to be spliced or crimped onto your new aftermarket head unit's wiring harness (installation tools and accessories sold separately).
