Assuming that you have a Mastercraft boat, these are to mount the inside two speakers. If you were wanting to mount outside speakers, you need the other type of mount. You will need to remove the caps that are screwed in and put these in their place. Hope that this helps.

They just bolt onto the wakeboard tower then bolt the pod to it
