Two hard-hitting CompR subs
Each 12" CompR subwoofer features a tough, polypropylene cone that stays rigid during intense play sessions so you hear accurate bass. A custom-designed back and top plate give the woofers plenty of room to travel, while the durable rubber surround helps to control cone movement during a heavy workout. These subs use extensive venting in their heavy steel baskets to shrug off heat, so you can count on reliable performance.
Heavy-duty enclosure
Sturdy MDF construction ensures long-lasting performance from the enclosure, and the specially designed front-facing port enhances bass production without getting sloppy. Features
Woofers: The Kicker 48DCWR122 enclosure uses two 12" CompR series subwoofers. Each Kicker subwoofer features a polypropylene cone with a Santoprene surround. The surround and cone are attached using Kicker's signature red double stitching, providing an outstanding bond.
Enclosure: The ported enclosure is made of heavy-duty MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with extensive internal bracing, providing exceptional acoustic efficiency and deep powerful bass. The enclosure is covered in sleek black carpeting for added protection and a refined look.
Forced Air Cooling: Kicker uses their SoloKon technology to join the cone to the vented back brace, creating a single integrated unit. This forces air through the motor assembly allowing it to run 25% cooler and helping eliminate distortion.
Speaker Terminals: A single pair of spring posts are mounted on the back of the enclosure (toward the right side) and will accept pin connectors, single banana plugs, or bare wire up to 10 gauge.
Power: The dual CompR subwoofers can handle up to 1000W RMS (2000W peak), and are wired for a 2Ω load at the single pair of spring posts.
Break-in Period: Due to the complex nature of Kicker CompR speakers, they require a break-in period in order to produce optimum low-bass response. The suspension system is very stiff out-of-the-box. Approximately two weeks of daily playing will allow the suspension to break-in and reach its optimum equilibrium. Once broken-in, the subwoofer will exhibit stronger bass performance, smoother response, and greater low-bass extension.

On 2 kicker 800.1 amps nice deep bass amps are 3/4 the way up my back seat only has a arm rest pass through and if I turn them all the way up it's un real I have always had kicker subwoofers and amps started with 2 silver l7s but great product and customer service top notch
