Hard-hitting CompRT sub

The CompRT 6-3/4" sub features a flex-resistant polypropylene cone for hard-hitting lows without distortion, with a ribbed foam surround that promotes long excursion and helps to keep the cone on target. A heavy-duty steel basket provides a reliable foundation for big bass, and extensive venting ensures long-lasting performance that won't break down when the bass gets heavy.

Heavy-duty enclosure

Sturdy medium-density fiberboard ensures long-lasting performance from this compact enclosure. The enclosure's 2-ohm impedance allows you to draw maximum power from your mono amp.

Features

Overview: The Kicker CompRT TC-WR67 is a compact loaded subwoofer enclosure with a single 2-ohm 6-3/4" driver and a 6-3/4" passive radiator. This wedge-shaped enclosure will fit into many tight spaces, such as behind a truck seat, in a trunk, or behind the seat of your hatchback. The TC-WR67 comes with mounting brackets and hardware.

Enclosure: This CompRT Thin Profile enclosure is built of sturdy medium-density fiberboard (MDF). It has rounded corners and sturdy black carpeting with the Kicker CompRT logo stitched into the top. The round terminal cup is located on the left side with two heavy duty spring loaded mounting posts presenting a 2-ohm load. The posts will accept bare wire, pin connectors, and single or dual banana plugs. The enclosure's dimensions are 15-1/2" wide, 10" high, and 5-11/16" deep.

Driver/Passive Radiator: The TC-WR67 is loaded with a 2-ohm CompRT 6-3/4" subwoofer. The speaker features a unique heat management system to keep the voice coils cool to prevent failure. The Kicker engineers added a Reflex Subwoofer (passive radiator) to the loaded enclosure for extra smooth, deep bass. The cone and the passive radiator both have Kicker's signature red stitching on the surround.

Mounting: The subwoofer comes with two metal mounting brackets and the hardware for mounting the enclosure securely to your vehicle.

A
I believe it should. I have a 2015 f250 extend cab and it fits. Barely but it fitted under my seat and barely sticks out

A
No it doesn't come with subs.
kenneth j.  Apr 08, 2019
A
Yes, it comes with a single subwoofer and a passive radiator
james  Apr 08, 2019

Yes this is a loaded box. It has one sub and one passive radiator installed in the box. The one with the white "K" on it is the sub. The smooth faced driver is actually a passive radiator. It is not powered. It reacts to the movement of the sub and helps radiate the bass much like a port. The sound is more "punchy" than a ported box however. The main advantage of this box is space savings. It fits behind the back seat of my 2 door jeep wrangler. Sounds very good for no more space than it takes up.

Q
Will this fit Under the seat in the compartment in my 08 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab?
mcleod  Jul 17, 2018

A
I would think so. Its tiny. I got mine to go behind the back seat in my jeep wrangler 2 door. It fits with room to spare. I dont know for sure how big your space is but im pretty sure if you google search around enough, you could find the exact dimensions of this box. I know it would easily go under the back seat of my f-150.

I HAVE A 2016 DODGE CHALLENGER. WOULD THIS BE A GOOD ADDITION FOR M Y SOUND SYSTEM? I HAVE THE FACTORY DODGE UNIT IN IT NOW. THANK YOU BRIAN

A
Sure! As long as you're using a suitable amplifier to power the sub and wire into the factory system in your '16 Challenger, the Kicker 43TCWRT672 would be a great addition to your system. For help finding a compatible amplifier, or to discuss further, please contact an Advisor directly by phone (888.955.6000) or online chat. Thanks! :)

Q
Will this fit behind thr drivers side back seat of a 2014 double cab Tacoma?
jason  Aug 19, 2017
1 answer
A
Yes. The Kicker 43TCWRT672 will fit within the space we found available behind the rear seat in your 2014 Tacoma. You can use the dimensions of the enclosure (15-1/4"W x 10"H x 5-11/16"D1 x 3-5/16"D2) to confirm as well. I hope that helps. My Bio: https://www.crutchfield.com/bio/Ryan

Q
Hi, i was just wondering since I already have 2 12 inch shallow mount mtx subwoofers under my seat. If I were to hook this up to my system, would it sound off beat due to them not running on the same rms/amp settings? I would like to get a lot more bump in my truck and my shallow mounts just don't give me the satisfaction of what I'm looking for.

There are ways to tune and adjust the bass sounds so that different sized subwoofers with different amounts of power handling can work together. However, I'm more concerned about the possibility that this will not be enough of a change to make you happy. I'd recommend calling an advisor on 1-800-324-9695 to get a personal recommendation on a fix for this. My Bio: http://www.crutchfield.com/Support/Bio.aspx?bio=101
