Great Camera with good resolution!

Crutchfield's staff was outstanding throughout my process...research, purchase, and installation. I called them in the middle of the install and they were quick to respond and provided solid information. The camera install was relatively easy. It would have been easier, had my Jeep Wrangler still been "stock". I have oversized tires, which required a new/different spare tire carrier, so my mounting was a bit different. Once mounted on the back...the install went super quick and easy. The camera resolution is really good, even better than my wife's stock camera in her 2014 Subaru. It has the parking lines on the screen. They are always straight and don't curve with the angle of the vehicle (like some stock cameras) but still a solid camera. It integrated with my stock touchscreen easily with the use of the module key.
Pros: quick & simple install
Cons: price is much higher than other cameras, but those did not integrate with my stock touchscreen.

Wrong install instructions

Wrong instructions were sent. I googled general instructions from another product but product worked as advertised
Pros: Great value compared to 600 plus for factory replacement
Cons: Had to splice electrical to 12 volt socket vs having a harness. Again wrong install instructions

Exactly what I needed for my wife's 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Easy installation. Reminder to cut green and white exposed wires from the product to reverse the image and add the colored guidance lines.

Easy to install and excellent quality of camera.
Pros: Easy to install and program the factory radio
Cons: Should always include adjustable base plate for oversize tires avoiding the issue when wheels and tires are changed in the future.

2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
1st time ever installing a rear backup camera in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S. I ordered it and it arrived when it was expected. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. After completing the initial installation I had to program it so that it would match up with my Jeeps radio. Once programmed it was now time to see if it was working. I started the Jeep up and placed it in reverse. On my screen the picture came in very clearly. So far all in all I am very very happy. Later on after it was dark outside I decided to see what kind of picture I had in the dark. To my surprise it was as is it was daylight out. Great product
Pros: Easy to follow instructions and install.
Cons: It took a little longer than expected but mostly my own fault as I was trying to make sure I did a neat and professional looking installation.
