More details on the PAC Car Cable Adapter
Overview: The PXHFD2 harness integrates the iSimple PXDP iPod interface module (541PXDP, sold separately) or PXDX Aux Input interface module (541PXDX, sold separately) with the factory radio in select Ford, Mercury, and Jaquar vehicles. The PXHFD2 plugs into the CD changer port on the back of the factory radio or into the existing CD changer cable (varies by vehicle). Please consult the Crutchfield Car Selector to see if your vehicle and factory radio are compatible.
Note: In addition to the harness that connects to the factory plug, this adapter requires splicing wires for constant 12 volts and ground.
