Now they've taken the next step with the MOJO Pro Series, specifically made to handle high sound pressure levels and deliver the kind of bottom end that put Memphis on the map.
Big beats
Memphis designed the MOJO Pro Series to give you deep, warm low-end response at power levels well beyond the capabilities of most subs. With a rigid paper cone and die-cast aluminum basket, the MJP1222 12" sub handles up to 750 watts RMS to give you sound that astounds. Memphis' Direct Vent Voice Coil Cooling (DVCC) design and a cross-drilled front plate give the MJP1222 superior cooling when the sub's rocking, and its dual voice coil design lets you adapt it to a variety of systems.
With the punch to handle today's need for big bass and a price that's easy to handle, the MOJO Pro Series subs are made to boost your bottom end and your bottom line. If your music needs some roots, take it on a ride to Memphis.

Features
Dual 2Ω Voice Coils: For wiring flexibility, the subwoofer has dual 2Ω voice coils. When the voice coils are wired in parallel, the sub presents a 1Ω load. When wired in series, the sub presents a 4Ω load.
Sealed Enclosures: Sealed enclosures provide the most control over a woofer and provide accurate sonic reproduction, making them suitable to all types of music. Memphis Audio recommends a sealed enclosure of 1.5 ft³.
Vented Enclosures: Vented (or ported) enclosures typically provide better overall efficiency than sealed so they are suitable for use with smaller amplifiers, giving you more bass output from a given amount of power. Memphis Audio recommends a ported enclosure of 2.5 ft³ with a 5" x 5" x 27" long slot port, yielding a tuning frequency of 36 Hz.
Terminals: The two sets of spring post terminals are on the same side of the subwoofer, and will accommodate bare speaker wire up to 10 gauge. They will also accommodate many single banana plugs, but the post is slightly recessed, so some single banana plugs will not fit well.
