Memphis includes flush- and surface-mounting gear so you can mount these tweeters in the right spot to create the best possible soundstage for your car. Once installed, you'll notice crisp details in your music that you've never heard before. These tweeters will handle up to 75 watts RMS, so they'll be a welcome addition to just about any system.

Memphis also includes external crossovers to ensure that only the high frequencies are delivered to these tweeters.

Installation note: You'll need a pair of our universal backstraps to install these tweeters in the factory locations.

Features

Mounting: The tweeters offer multiple mounting options; choose flush mount, surface mount, or angled surface mount. The tweeters are shipped in the flush mount housings and the angled surface mount housings are included. The back of the flush mount housing and the top of the angled surface mount housing combine to create the (non-angled) surface mount housing. Once installed in any of the housings, the tweeter will pivot slightly to optimize imaging.

Crossover: The 12 dB/octave crossovers' inputs are screw terminals that will accept bare wire or spade connectors up to ¼" wide. The 16" tweeter output wire (labeled TW+/TW-) is terminated with quick slides to easily connect to the quick slides on the wire attached to the tweeters. Each crossover also has a full range output (labeled WF+/WF-), 16" wires terminated with quick slides (0.25" positive/0.11" negative), not crossed over. The tweeter output level can be changed from flat to -3 dB by moving a jumper pin inside each crossover.
