Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could install a stereo and speakers in my 2001 Sequoia...Now I feel like replacing another stereo just so I get to deal with such a fine company.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could install a stereo and speakers in my 2001 Sequoia. I got spooked and called CS. Penny calmed me down and got me started with the wiring. I hit a road bump later and called back. Charles helped me with the power antenna. I want you to know I love you guys. By far the best customer service I have dealt with and I am a sales professional. I feel like replacing another stereo just so I get to deal with such a fine company.

From Rex in sales assisting me in selecting a Blu-ray player to add to my new AV system to Cecil in technical assistance providing me with a simple fix for a connectivity problem I experienced with the Blu-ray player.

I bought my first Sony cassette deck and speakers in the early 80's for a Datsun hatchback. I got great customer service back then. Last year, I got great product assistance when I replaced my stock speakers in my Mini Cooper. Customer Service has been consistently excellent over the years.
I have used Crutchfield for my electronics purchases for over 30 years. I bought my first Sony cassette deck and speakers in the early 80's for a Datsun hatchback. I got great customer service and product assistance back then. Last year I got great product assistance when I replaced my stock speakers in my Mini Cooper. Customer Service has been consistently excellent over the years. This is commendable and not seen very often in the service industry. I recommend Crutchfield to anyone who's looking for electronics products. You don't get this level of customer service from big box stores or Amazon. Thank you for continuing this great level of service over the years.

I had some confusion regarding various center channel speakers. Aaron explained the differences and gave me his recommendations. One big note I must mention, his recommendation was for the less costly of the two. There was no upsell, just an honest and best recommendation. I appreciate that most of all!!! Really great that Crutchfield offered free delivery to Hawaii, please keep it up. Every physical store that visited on Maui recommended to use Crutchfield rather than search for products on island.
