I have been purchasing from Crutchfield since the early 90's. I appreciate the easy to use, informative site. The installation bundles and guides are a big plus. On a few occasions I've had to contact support for installation and purchase advice, the team is always knowledgeable and quick to provide correct answer.
Crutchfield has amazing pre-sales service. Clarence my advisor is not just very knowledgeable, but he also gives as much time as you need to design the system that is ideal for you. Thank you Crutchfield for being an amazing online company with a true human touch.
I had some confusion regarding various center channel speakers. Aaron explained the differences and gave me his recommendations. One big note I must mention, his recommendation was for the less costly of the two. There was no upsell, just an honest and best recommendation. I appreciate that most of all!!! It was a pleasure dealing with Aaron at Crutchfield.

For as long as I could remember the radio and speaker set up in my dad’s mustang was always spotty and tinny. And up until a month ago when he handed it down to me it never occurred to me that it could be replaced. So I dove into looking for replacement options, and that's when I first encountered Crutchfield. Boy am I glad I found you guys.
I don't think that I could ever replace the stereo in my 85 ‘stang without you. I placed my first (of many) calls to you wonderful folks, where I was delighted to meet Kristina and Hogan. We tackled many issues together…
All I can say is you folks run a wonderful company where all customers are blessed by free truly helpful tech support. You call as a new customer and hang up as a new friend. Thank you, Bill, for starting such an amazing company. I would be lost without you guys -- either listening to my tinny radio or breaking the bank for someone else who doesn't care half as much as you folks do.

I have been buying things from Crutchfield for nearly 40 years, since 1979. Dealing with your company has always been a pleasure. Equipment is as described. Instructions are great. They have even taken care of me when the error was mine.
The only thing I would caution anyone about is that when you shop elsewhere, you will wish you purchased from Crutchfield once you are home and installing the system. Trust me on this. I have always regretted buying away from Crutchfield. Crutchfield is simply the best.

I use to order from your company 20 plus years ago when I was in high school and was big into car audio. My son recently turned 16 and we purchased him a Jeep. Memories started coming back when he started working on it and wanted to replace the speakers. I knew just where to turn.

It was a father/son moment, looking through the different items, setting up an account.
Then came a hiccup with shipping. I never expected a call from one of your associates the next day. Reece set up a replacement order and assured that it would be here in a few days. I was fully expecting to wait weeks.
Thanks for being a great company, with even better customer service. The people you have are what more American companies need. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to ordering more products from you.
