“I'm 53 years old and although I've heard the name Crutchfield over the years, I just thought it was an online place to buy audio equipment and had no opinion. That has changed. I was having some struggles installing an amp and a couple other issues. I reached out to a local installer who spent 5 hours and accomplished nothing but said I should buy this, that and the other thing. I bought a harness and spec sheet from Crutchfield. After it quickly arrived, I decided to call them and see if I could get a couple questions answered, which is where I was connected to Bryan. He was not a salesman pushing anything on me, he was just telling me, in order to get the sound I'm looking for and most bang for my buck, the item list he came up with was what I should put in my car. I went only $100 over what I said I could afford(no biggie)and I placed the order with him, paid in full and my components are in-route to me already! Very knowledgeable and he offered his assistance if I needed it later.”
