He was all those things for me, even knowing this is a future purchase. It'll take a couple months to get the money in order for me. How satisfied was I with Randy's service? I asked if they're allowed to receive tips, which I thought would be common, as this is a custom service-based transaction. The answer there was unclear, as no one has ever asked before. But his time and service, even before I purchased through them was that definitely good! Another thing I learned a bit about, is how the business handles their employees, as it was relevant to the tips question.
