Disappointed

3 meter cable failed shortly after install. As you probably know setting up an entertainment center (audio/video center) is an involved process. With a home audio and surround sound ATMOS system when a cable goes bad the hassle factor is significant. Having to dissemble 3 amps and move a TV etc is an involved and timely process. Often other cables are displaced with a snowball effect which can turn a hassle into a nightmare.

I ordered two HDMI 2.1 cables, 3 meters in length, and was impressed by the appearance of the cables. I also liked the markings on the metal shell stating that it is a 2.1 cable. I gave it 4 stars because when I tried to scan the certification sticker with an app called HDMI Certification, it did not show anything and failed to scan the stickers on both packages.

Quality cable

So far so good! I've tried a few different cables to address the random (but frequent) 1-2 second black screens that would happen between my LG OLED65B6P TV and my 2021 Apple TV 4K. I've only had this cable for a few days, but so far, I've not had one issue with black screens; nor have I had the usual brief 1-2 minutes where my Anthem MRX 310 receiver would suddenly play louder, and then go back to normal volume.

Excellent cable

Upgraded the TV, so I upgraded the associated HDMI cables. One of these running AppleTV 4k to Yamaha Aventage RX-A550, and one running from that receiver to the Sony Bravia OLED TV. No issues thus far, satisfied with build and performance.

Great cable and great value

I replaced older HDMI cables with these running between an AppleTV 4K, a Yamaha Aventage receiver, and a Sony 4K TV. The cables performed as advertised; the AppleTV was able to shift to 4K Dolby Vision HDR, giving a much better picture (color depth, contrast, luminance). No need to spend more on other cables.
