Incredible sound and noise cancellation. Can't wait to try on the plane, but basically silent. Haven't run with them yet, but fit is great with walking. Battery life seems good. Very impressed.

Sound is good, application and stability very poor

The sound of the ear buds are good. The app stability is very poor, often times having to put them back in the case to reconnect to change any settings. Lastly the fit options for the ears are terrible, constantly fell out of my ears (after trying all the fit options). Wasn't a huge deal while listening to music or a book, but final straw was being on hold for 30 minutes on a call and then the bud falling out of my ear thus disconnecting my phone call.

The delivery time was excellent however the Bose product has quality sound but the buds options should have been more than 3 ear size type because of my ear size it keeps falling off

These earbuds are by far the worst product I've purchased from Bose. They often don't charge completely. There's been connection issues despite rebooting or using the app. The latest is that they are connected to my phone but nothing is coming from through the earbuds. Horrible!! I should have gone with Apple even though I hate the brand!

Great Upgrade!!

For such a small overall size, the sound quality is amazing. The bass really resonates and the highs are super clear. I like the ability to quickly switch from full noise-cancelling to 'aware' mode. The installed silicone sizing was perfect for my ear size. Only downside so far is that they only have the capability of being actively paired to one device at a time. My last pair of Bose headphones could be connected to two at a time. Also, I don't think the case is wireless chargeable. Not a deal-breaker though. I'm happy with these headphones for the price.

Excellent Headphones

I originally bought these to listen to music while using my rowing machine but have since starting using them in my shop as well. They are extremely comfortable, to the point that I almost forget I'm wearing them. The noise cancelling properties are excellent even when using loud tools like a random orbital sander or angle grinder and on top of that, the sound quality is excellent as to be expected from Bose. No regrets at all, these are one of the best audio purchases I have made in years.

Very disappointed in the quality of the case

Very disappointed in the quality of this product. The ear buds are amazing. Can't say enough about them. But I was extremely surprised when I dropped the case by mistake, no more than 2 foot above the floor, and the hinge that held the case lid on snapped and broke off! The hinge is made of a very thin hard plastic, and it snapped right in half, rendering my earbuds useless! Fortunately, Crutchfield is an amazing store and replaced the earbuds without question. But very disappointed in the quality of the case for a Bose product at this price. Bose, you guys have some work to do on this! Match the quality of the case to the earbuds...please!

I was searching for "the best" in ear wireless noise cancelling headphones. I reviewed Sony, JBL, and many others and came to the conclusion that the Bose may be my best choice. In addition, the reviews and product descriptions at Crutchfield went a long way to insuring my decision. Ordering, shipping, and follow up by Crutchfield is world class and better then the huge big boys, we all know who they are. Again, another perfect experience with Crutchfield and the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II exceeded my expectations for running, gym, plane travel and most of all, sonic quality They are incredible.

I bought these for my wife. She would never buy quality private listening devices for herself. She seems very excited with them after wearing them and watching movies. Making her happy makes me happy and these did the job. I kind of miss her not responding to me while I am watching a ho-hum (to her) tv program. Apparently, excellent noise cancelation. I want to buy some to replace my apple air pod (third generation)

Really great quality, sounds good the noise cancelling part is my favorite, the only down part is a lil big for smaller ears. I got for my wife she loves em, they fit my ears but hers r smaller then mine. She said they don't fall out when she's working out that they feel a lil bulky.

Bose II Longer range & air time

They are comfortable and have more range over the bose sport buds and last much longer without a charge. Up to 9 hrs without the noise protection on

Bought these for my wife who had Apple earbuds that dropped numerous times, finally broke. Setup was easy performance is fine. 3 sets of adapters for ear size is good.

Nice Earbuds

These earbuds improve over the previous model pretty much everywhere except the noise canceling category. They are more comfortable and sound better to me and I like their controls better. I have the previous model of these earbuds and bought these thinking they would have improved noise canceling technology, they don't.

Bose QCII vs Airpods Pro 2

So I am bought these Earbuds since I've never had a Bose "listening" device before and I needed to replace my AirPods Pro. I can honestly say that I like the Bose QCII better because the sound stage and noise cancellation are worth every dime, you will really hear your music when you're listening to tracks with a full audio profile. That being said, I will be looking at the new AirPods Pro 2 as I use several Apple devices and the integration with them all is without comparison. But right now, Bose has this horse race in hand

Great sound quality

I can walk and run, and they sit well. The sound quality is excellent. ANC is not like over-the-ear headphones, but they are great for earbuds.

Nice. Maybe not as nice as originals.

I like the size and weight of these compared to the original quiet comfort earbuds, but the listening time seems less before the earbuds need charging and the noise cancelling does not seem to be a good. I feel like the Sony earbuds stay in the ear better but do not have as good noise cancelling.

A big win for Bose

Buds are super comfortable, they stay in with the smallest ear tips and largest wings, and the noise canceling is something else. The active mode also does great while outside even in wind. It constantly adjusts so you can always hear the outside world and your music.

The Best!

I bought these ear buds on Thursday. I received them on Friday. I listened to them today (Saturday). They blew my mind! The separation, center stage, and bottom range are all tip notch for this price range. The comfort and security of the buds is great. I listened to songs I've been listening to for months and thought "so that's what he said," or "I never noticed that run or instrument before." I can't recommend these buds enough!
