Great Speakers!
Matt from JACKSONVILLE, FL on 6/13/2025
I bought these speakers for left and right surround sound along with other JBL speakers as part of a new home theater system. After YPAO calibration, I found that the right surround volume was noticeably lower than the left. Not sure why that happened so I adjusted the volume manually to match the left using speaker setup from the receiver. That definitely did the trick. I have these on Kanto speaker stands. The sound is very nice, whether enjoying a movie with surround effects or listening to music in the all-channel mode.

One word will describe these......Awesome! Such a big sound from a smaller speaker.. Compliments my entire system...Well built with a great look.....My first pair of JBL's and I am impressed.....I have owned Klipsch, Polk, and Sony...These are some of the best sounding speakers I have owned...I have a Klipsch sub paired with these and they just take off...
Pros: Design Bass Highs big sound from a small speaker

At Last . . .

I've been searching for compact high quality speakers at a reasonable price, I planned to purchase these, and my timing was good as they were on sale. This made a sweet deal even sweeter. I've tested a number of smaller speakers, and this set is my preferred option. Magnetic grills included, unlike Kef's version of a smaller speaker. Comes with hardware to mount to the wall, and also has a 1/4 x 20 screw hole to accept other wall mounting options. Love the color of the grill as I am not a fan of black speaker grills. These are for my small home office setup, and make fine set of near-field speakers once broken in. The combination of quality, cost, and performance checked all the boxes for me. These speakers with my (compact) Leak 130 make a great duo. Not currently using a subwoofer but plan to do so.
Pros: Beautiful looking, included grills and mounting options, 3 year warranty, Crutchfield lifetime customer service, excellent performance for their size. Great option for me (senior citizen) who has basic needs and expectations, and has known this brand for many years.
Cons: For the size and cost of these, no significant cons.

Perfect budget speakers

I have been using a cheap record player with built in speakers for a while now trying to get into the hobby. These speakers are the best bang for your buck to start your upgrade. I highly recommend these if you're still new to collecting records but don't want to break the bank!

Very impressive for the size!

Excellent pair of bookshelf speakers with a surprising amount of bass. Using with a Wiim amp as a small secondary system connected with my TV. Can use as a stereo for the TV to improve the sound or just listen to streaming audio. Speakers are so good I believe my next floor standers may also be JBL. Thought the quality had declined recently due to rumors and hearsay but these are more than worth the money I paid. Needed a pair small enough to sit on either side of my tv so cabinet size was ultimate decider and while I was concerned about the small woofers being inadequate they quickly put that concern to rest. Cannot recommend enough if you need a smaller pair for a location that requires their space friendly dimensions.
Pros: Surprising bass output Clean and clear up to 3/4 volume (no need for anymore)
