Plugs right into most speakers, but one word of caution, the + terminal is wider than the - terminal. This is fine most of the time since most speakers have matching terminals but sometimes they don't and you'll have to cut one off and crimp on a new one.

Pros: No modification to car

Cons: Doesn't fit speakers with two 1/4" wide terminals
