it fit fine, was easy to assemble, and was included with the free install kit. What more could you ask for? Better instructions... minus one star because the instructions are a little vague.

Fits great, very easy. Only issue was there's a lump of metal in the recess that my head nudges up against and thus it protrudes by about 1/8". If you're going to swap your head out I recommend measuring and hammering that stop back a shade. But the kit is great!

The install kit is easy to install. To reduce vibration I added a stiff foam pad under the receiver tray. It looks factory installed

I was very pleased with how Crutchfield matched all the appropriate modification hardware I needed to fit in my daughters 19 year old Chevy. I would not have known where to look without them.
Pros: Arrived very promptly, everything in the same box with instructions.
Cons: Have not exactly been able to utilize it yet since the radio itself had to be returned and am awaiting replacement.

This bracket is great! It has snap in features, so there aren't a lot of parts that go to it. All in all, this is a great product and has been working great in my car!

This kit was a perfect fit for my 1999 Cavalier once I got the dashboard disassembled. With every thing put back together, my new stereo looks like it belongs there. I'm happy with how this project turned out. BTW, get 1/2" kit, not the 1" kit... you'll be glad you did.

This adapter kit worked very well in the install vehicle (1997 Malibu). I am glad I got the 1/2" protruding kit and not the 1", because it doesn't look out of place in the dash. If my receiver had been any deeper (Sony CDXF5710) it would not have fit in the DIN location. Very happy with this piece overall.

Don't install without it!

I thought it was a little pricey, but when I got this installation kit to replace my OEM stereo I was very happy that I had spent the extra dollars. With this kit, I was able to install my receiver in less than 15 minutes !! The directions that came with it were priceless, and they had thought of every obstacle in advance. Very well worth the money!!

excellent product. Only problem i have with it is that, sometimes due to the fact that it's a tight fit, it pops my dash trim off while I'm driving. Other than that it's great.
