Good fit and easy to use

The brackets made adjusting the radio and the bezel in the dash very easy.

Neat it exists, could be better

Maybe my silver trim has faded over time, but the car is largely garage kept so I'm not so sure. What I am sure of is the silver trim ring doesn't match the car's silver. The fit of the ring is exceptional, however. The plastic wings don't have a lot of rigidity, so the feet that get screwed in flex and don't inspire me with how solid the connection is. However, given the 40k GTOs sold over three years, you've got to be thrilled an out of the box solution exists at all for something certainly not going to be their best seller.

Excellent fitting to allow the purchased radio to be installed. could be more direction for which holes to install in the mounting screws for my particular radio

When I first looked at the kit I was skeptical. Once I assembled and test fitted it, I saw its strength and proper fit. With the stereo installed I am very happy with its design.

Does the job

Very good dash kit, kind of snug upon final install but definitely was able to get it. for the radio i used, if the screw holes on the bottom were maybe 1/4'' more towards the radio face it would fit like a glove. but like i said it is definitely manageable and looks great. Also gray matches with nothing in a GTO, i painted it matte black, looks tons better! This was a suggestion from one of the technicians i coordinated with, and it was definitely a great suggestion. can't blame him for the manufacturers error.

Very professional look

Very nice trim piece, looks great once installed. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions were terrible. The kit has two brackets to attach to the radio. There are multiple sets of screws and many ways you *could* attach them. took some trial and error to get the right positioning. And, maybe I am just dumb, but it would have been so helpful to have instructions saying 'install the face plate to the dash trim BEFORE reinstalling over the radio. I was trying to clip it into place around the radio after the dash was back together and that just will not work. But if you put the face plate trim in place before reattaching the factory center console? Piece of cake.

Perfect fit but not the color

Kit fits well but didn't like that it doesn't come in black. Didn't realize it at first, that it was gray. Doesn't match any color of the interior and kinda sticks out. May just paint it black.
