The radio mount brackets don't line up very well with a alpine ilx 507. Being the radio brackets are plastic there is a lot of movement up and down. Those should be metal for a solid mount. The over all construction and look is good. The way it mounts in the veloster could be better it just loosely snaps in. Had issues with it stating locked in while installing but once it's in its solid.
Pros: Easy to install,
Cons: Radio mounting brackets are plastic and feels cheap. Face plate easly unsnaps from factory surrounding while trying to install. Mount holes on radio brackets for the alpine ilx 507 are limited and hard to aline correct angle

Fit is excellent and looks factory once the kit is installed. Very easy to assemble. Side brackets that hold head unit are a bit flimsy and slightly deform when attaching them to the side of the head unit. However, this did not affect the install and head unit sits correctly in the dash.
Pros: Perfect Fit, Looks Good
Cons: Side brackets could be slightly more robust

Everything worked and is secure, but the plastic brackets were more flimsy than I expected. When everything was screwed in things were solid. Just was a little concerned during install.

Kit fit really nice in the car. I looked all over for a kit for this vehicle, and Crutchfield had it! The included instructions made it real easy to dis- and reassemble the dash. The brackets' holes didn't line up exactly with the radio (Pioneer AVH-X5800BHS) but overall a nice fit.

Cons: Screw holes didn't quite match up
