Cant go wrong with Metra.

Pros: always easy to work with

Cons: we need options. Like carbon fiber stickers that come pre cut for the kits. That would be nice to have something other than black. Again, very happy with this, and this is not really a con, just a suggestion so that maybe we could have more appearance styles in the future.

The new cover fit in perfectly. I was worried when I tried figuring out how to install with the plastic side plates, but then found the factory mounts lined up on the jvc head unit and it bolted right in so much more securely.

Pros: The cover fit in perfectly.

Cons: Glad I didn't need to use the plastic mounts.

Installed a double din radio in my 2012 Galant with this lit and it fit great and looks even better. I used the factory brackets off my old radio to mount the New radio to the car rather then use the plastic ones supplyed with the kit. and you will need to save the the frition tabs off your factory radio face plate to use on the new mounting kit. all and all great fit and finish looks btter than Factory.

Installed this into a 2007 Galant. It has the parts to attach the factory AC controls to it to retain the "factory" look. I installed a Pioneer Headunit Double Din into it and was a great improvement and fits great. Nice product.

Great Dash kit. Perfect Fit and looks Great too. It changed the color of my dash from the original Silver to Black and it all blends good now. I Recomend this for any with a Galant

The only real issue I have is the beauty ring around the head unit is a little lose. Other than that this kit is perfect.

I recently purchased a radio and received this kit for my Mitsubishi Galant. First may I say that the wiring harness and install kit sent from Crutchfield was a dream to adapt to the car radio I purchased and to the vehicle. One tip for anyone using this kit...make sure you save the four (4) plastic clips to the original faceplate and attach all four of them to the new faceplate so that it snaps in place just like the factory one! Install on this product was effortless!!! GREAT PRODUCT....LOOKS LIKE FACTORY!!!!
