Good kit but time complicated

The kit worked well after three days of trying to figure it out. I spent numerous hours on the phone with Crutchfield and finally called Metra. The Crutchfield tech was superb as always, but could not entirely figure out the installation. I called Metra, and after about 30 minutes on the phone, the Metra tech remembered one connection that needed to be made. We got everything working except the rear-view camera, and I'm still working on that issue. I have used Metra installation kits for a few years, and this was the most difficult. I feel the complexity of the Kia wiring made it so complicated, and I will certainly use Metra again.

Pros: The kit works great after we finally figured out all of the connections. I will use Metra again. Customer service was outstanding.

Cons: Lots of wires to nowhere, and the directions could have been more detailed.
