Crutchfield told me, but I didn't listen. I had them install a new Sony 9500ES. It sits high in the dash. The next day I started checking out the kit and found that it includes a small pocket that installs under the unit. While the pocket might have been useful back in the day, it is superfluous with a big floating screen. Today I was going to reverse the positions of the pocket and the unit. Got it all apart and guess what, you can't since there is something else mounted at the bottom of the bracket. (Not noted in the install instructions). Well, you probably can, but you'll be drilling holes into the plastic bracket. If you could reverse the pocket and the unit, it would be perfect!

Pros: Mounts solidly

Cons: Useless pocket
