Big sound especially for shallow sub
Jake from SILVERTHORNE, CO on 9/30/2024
hits great! especially for a shallow sub this thing thumps. Running all of 350rms to it and its not having any issues. When tuned right you can really get alot out of this little guy. Put this in my tacoma with the skar premade box, while i wait for my Tw3 box to be built, and this thing has done the job too well!

clean dynamic bass
Nathan from Galveston on 4/27/2024
Paired this sub with a 300watt RMS audio control mono amp. Really clean bass which mounted perfectly in a custom sealed 4inch stealth box. Great sub overall but I'd recommend giving it the full 350 watts RMS as it seems to like power.
Pros: shallow mount depth, well constructed, good power handling
Cons: lower sensitivity

Good sub paired with low powered front stage
DougH from Madison on 11/16/2023
Good sub, very good tight bass in sealed enclosure of the recommended specifications. However, being 74 dB sensitivity makes it slow to come up to full potential, installed behind a truck seat. Had to turn my front stage amp way down to give the sub a chance to equal out. One note of caution is to respect the 350 watt rms, I set my sub amp for 400 watts at 3/4 volume in the attempt to balance it with the front stage and over heated the voice coil in a rather short time. Sub still works but had to dial everything way back leaving alot of system unused. Note - tested a 89 db sensitivity 10 inch sub with same wattage and it kept up with the front stage better at lower volume
Pros: Can be placed in a tight area, extremely well built, good clean lower mid range
Cons: Slow to respond to wattage at only 74 dB sensitivity

For a shallow sub, it packs a punch. It hits the low freqs and responds really well. I'm replacing a JBL Club WS10000 with this sub, the pioneer is worlds ahead. Well worth the money!

Great sub

Great sub for the price. Pioneer has been around for many years and is a trusted brand. I have it in a very small tight area of my Jeep. It's powered by a 400w amp and it hits great. All it needs is a grill for protection.

I ordered this sub because space in my vehicle is very limited and absolutely love the subwoofer. Hits really hard, handles all the lows and highs very well. I have no issues with the sub so far.
Pros: Hits hard, clean and clear audio. Wont disappoint.
Cons: None
