I have a Boston Whaler 13.5, and I have 4 speakers 7.7 Jl marine audio the sound is spectacular

Replaced 4..8 year old.7 inch fusions on my center console. JLs are twice as clear at the same volume. They are able to run fine off Fusion head unit without separate amp. Will need a sub if you want bass.

Great bass and I love that they need no box to produce sound. I mounted them in the cockpit of my sailboat and it's wide open behind them.

These speaker completely exceeded my expectations in every category. Build quality and materials are top knotch. Sound quality is fantastic. The 7.7" size option gives a stronger low end over the 6.5s, which I appreciate and need. Also love the classic grill, it fits the styling of my 2008 Sea Ray perfectly.

Good quality speaker. Just installed so not sure on durability yet. Tweeter makes a huge difference compared to previous speakers.
