The clamps are high grade great quality I haven't installed them yet because I'm using them on a jeep custom roll cage.
Pros: Great quality
Cons: I wish they were available with the speakers I did not know I had to buy them separately A little spendy after buying the speaker pods

Fit great/easy install

I had previously bought cheap enclosures that were hard to mount and the cheaper speakers I bought were blown after 2 years. The clamps were very easy to install this time around and fit perfect, just make sure you know what size pipe your putting them on because they have all different size clamps

Seriously absolutely overpriced but you have to have them they should be included on the speaker

Stop!!! You NEED these to mount your Pods!!!!

It's sad they do not come with the pods. I understand it's JL and Crutchfield Is just the reseller but they are way over priced. But regardless Crutchfield should have a "STOP" this item "Pods" do not come with clamps and cannot be used w/out them. If you hover over them it stays not included however because the pods are pictures w/ swivel clamps, something a little more aggressive would have saved me from prematurely dropping my boat off for the install then having to order the clamps.
Pros: Beautifully designed and extremely adjustable
Cons: Should be adjustable for at least 1/2inch and stainless for easier application and longevity

Work But Not What I Asked For

The clamps work & look good. They ONLY SWIVEL about 30 degrees. I told the sales guy I wanted to spin the from facing out the back to facing inside the boat and of course got the "that's no problem these swivel" - so I dropped this much on brackets that don't DO what I want them to do but they are sturdy and hold the speakers in ONE place.
Pros: Sturdy - secure - quality
Cons: DON'T SWIVEL

Does the job, but it's disappointing that you buy speakers and you can't mount them without spending more money to buy these. When comparing other speakers and pricing I thought they were reasonable until I had to add more money to buy the mounting hardware.
