The JL Audio Stealthbox® custom-fit subwoofer delivers incredible bass in a package that takes up minimal space and blends in with your vehicle's interior. JL Audio designs Stealthboxes to fit in specific vehicles, then loads them with appropriate subwoofers for optimal performance. Perfect sound to go with the perfect fit
JL Audio puts months of research and design into each Stealthbox® custom-fit subwoofer to ensure not only that it fits, but that it sounds better than any other custom enclosed system. First, JL Audio determines the ideal shape and mounting location for each enclosure, so that it looks like an original part of the vehicle it's designed for. Next, they mount each high-performance subwoofer so it delivers amazing firepower from within its unique enclosure, without sacrificing clarity or musical depth.
The fiberglass enclosure offers superior rigidity while allowing more interior volume, so the sub can turn out louder, deeper bass. JL Audio craftsmen then laminate, grind, join, and finish each Stealthbox® by hand. The end result: full-bodied, distortion-free bass from an impressively stealthy enclosure.
Enjoy enhanced, custom-fit sound
This Stealthbox® enclosure contains one 10" 10TW3-D4 subwoofer, and installs in the storage pocket behind the rear seat on the passenger side in 2012-up Toyota Tacoma Double Cab models. This Stealthbox® also includes a small recess on the front where a compact amp can be mounted. Installation notes: JL Audio has rated the difficulty of this Stealthbox installation as low to medium. You should be able to install this enclosure if you have any experience with car audio. Toyota Tacoma pickups in these years were produced with two styles of rear panels. This Stealthbox® fits rear panels with an angled rib as shown in the installed photo (to the left of the subwoofer). For vehicles with a rear panel without an angled rib, you'll want to consider this Stealthbox®.

Overview: JL Audio's SB-T-TACDC12/10TW3 Stealthbox has been specifically designed to fit select 2012 - 2015 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab trucks. It features a single 10" 10TW3-D4 subwoofer in a custom sealed enclosure that mounts behind the passenger rear seat.

Subwoofers: The JL Audio Stealthbox's 10" 10TW3-D4 subwoofer offers a powerful combination of a shallow mounting depth and high excursion capability, producing deep powerful bass from a small enclosure. The dual 4 ohm voice-coil subwoofer is wired for a 2 ohm output to a single set of terminals, and is capable of handling up to 400 watts RMS. A black steel mesh grill is included for protecting the subwoofer.
Enclosure: The Stealthbox enclosure is made from fiberglass coated in black carpet and is designed to mount inside the storage pocket behind the passenger side rear seat.
Note: This Stealthbox fits rear panels with an angled rib (see photos). For vehicles with a rear panel without an angled rib, use this model Stealthbox.

There really is no other perfect fit sub for a double cab Tacoma and this thing fits perfectly! I especially like the fact that there is a spot to mount the amp.
