My radio was less than 6 years old. It completely froze, I needed to get a replacement which JL audio offered to replace for $594. This ridiculous to have a 1 or 2 year warranty on something with no moving parts. The company refused to work with me, I was forced to buy the replacement because of the size and wiring. I will never buy another JL Audio product again. When I buy a car or boat and it has a JL audio in it, I will be moving on from that purchase. I will not buy anything that's connected to this company.

It was nice receiver then my alternator with 15v stopped this unit. Now it's dead.

Pros: Compact, rich look

Cons: Doesn't like 15v. Voltage regulator would be a plus.

Drop in plug n play replacement for 3 year old unit that FM failed. It wasn't worth sending back for repair so I had to purchase a new FM radio. I could have bought a new Fusion system but I didn't want to reinvent the wiring! It's a shame that the fm receiver quit so soon. I'll eventually send it back for repair and spend more money!

Best looking unit I have seen. Screen is clear in any light. Responsive buttons and knobs and stable software. App that operates the unit remotely would be better if it used wifi instead of bluetooth, but still functions well most of the time. Biggest downside is no video input. This caliber unit needs b/u camera capability. Being able to name the zones was a nice touch, really helps when setting up the unit.
