Now that I have all 4 installed the sound that comes from these speakers is near indescribable how crisp they are. The top end is loud and crisp/snappy while the lows are just as loud and smooth as ice. Could recommend them more.
Pros: Beautiful sound quality
Cons: A little pricey but we'll worth it if you can afford it

Had these for a good 3 or so months and wanted to wait before reviewing so I can see how the quality holds up along with the sound, and let me say you get what you pay for that's for sure, they have excellent highs and offer great base if your without a sub, but with a sub and set to 100-120 Htz on the high pass they sound amazing. Also another plus you get a 2 year repair warranty with Sony for free with the speakers.
Pros: Great sound quality with deep base and very clear nice sounding highs, nice build quality (if they don't come messed up) and are pretty loud while leaning more towards better sound quality then loudness with these
Cons: Now onto the downsides like all products your going to run the risk of manufacture defects, don't know how but 1 speaker of the 4 I got came all messed up we took it out and found out the woofer rubbed on the tweeter making a clicking sound, me only check 1 of the 4 for the feel of the woofer missed it and had to spend alot of time removing it. But my review will stay at a 5 star because the good people at Crutchfield replaced the 2 back ones no questions asked.

I've been a big fan of Sony car audio for well over 20 years and these speakers reconfirm that. Superb mids and highs from these speakers, coupled with a Sony 4 channel amp, you can really dial in those mids and highs for clarity like none other. I'm hearing things in songs I've never heard before, subtle nuances really take the music to a whole new level.

Best I couldve hoped for

So I bought those speakers because my f150 speakers were going bad. First off, unlike what Crutchfield says, they do fit in the front AND rear doors in an extended cab or crew cab f150. Second, these are rated for 75 watts rms, but they perform amazingly even when very underpowered. I have tested them at 45 watts and also at 14 watts. Let me tell you, they made a huge difference from stock speakers. Bass was intense, mids, highs and lows were much clearer, and they were much louder, even underpowered. Overall made a huge difference and I will buy them again.
Pros: Far better sound quality Louder Works all the way down to 14 watts rms, approximately 20% of its rated power
Cons: Little bit on the expensive side
