Solid, clean deep bass!

I recently purchased this amplifier and it is paired up with two 12" 750watt solobarics. The system sounds great, the amplifier puts out plenty of power. I haven't had any issues. It's solid and good quality. The only thing is after tuning the system I still had to turn the gain 100% on the amplifier. Not sure if that's normal with this amplifier. I've had other amps and never had to turn the gain all the way up 100%. But other than that so far so good. And Crutchfield is amazing with their technical support and customer service. Thankyou.

i have not hooked it up yet but i have no doubt i will not be disappointed even if i am not happy Crutchfield has that 60 day return policy that i have never used. i can't name names but i got the same amp off another large internet seller it got damaged in shipping, terrible packaging then it was DOA from getting dropped in shipping. they only want to give me store credit. because no more in stock and they are not a authorized retailer, because of that audiocontrol won't honor the warranty. i filed a case with paypal to get my money back. this is a cautionary tale. the small saving's was not worth the cost. i kick myself for not going with a trusted seller. Crutchfield would never do a customer like that. even open box, scratch and dent they will take care of you and make it right. just a great company to deal with. funny my review is not even about the amp it's fluff piece about customer service. LOL

I have this Amplifier 2 month ago, It gives power to a DC audio level 3 10 inch 4 ohom 1000 RMS, it gives you quality sound, deep bass

Really sad I have two audio control D 6.1200s running all my highs and it sounds so good, so I went ahead and ordered a pair of LC-1.1500s to run my subs one to each 12 thinking I was going to have a beautiful all matching system But,..... Without paying attention I purchased two more amps LC-1.1500's and have had them sitting on the shelf while waiting for my Stereo Integrity subs to arrive only to find out (Not paying attention) that the Audio Control LC-1.1500s have a fixed and undefeatable high pass filter set at 24hz totally killing the low end I had hoped to achieve with the SI subs that are capable down to 8hz. Complete bummer I wish I had planned the whole system out before investing $1000s already in Audio Control gear.. Really who builds a subwoofer amplifier and locks you into a fixed subsonic frequency if anything it should been optional. Guess it is my fault I should have done my research and pay'd attention is says it right in the specs and it's not hidden. I just wanted to let others know so they don't make the same mistake that I did. I have always been an Audio Control Epicenter and EQX guy since the 90s and I am from the pacific northwest, so I thought win win. That said I still like them and think that their D-6.1200s sound awesome running my Alpine Status 3-way's in active so much so I bought another amp and component set for the back seats.

amazing build quality, you can feel it as soon as you unbox it. everything is labeled very well and the power output is wonderful

Great Amp!

Great Amp, sounds good, plays hard. I had a cheaper ($350) class D Amp (800W) but my 12 inch JL Audio W7 always sounded muddy. Since I upgraded to this Amp the kick drums are tight and the bass guitar can be heard and it's clean. I was going to get the 1500W RF Amp as I love my 600 W RF full range Amp but decided to go with this one. This Amp does seem to run cool for me. The first one was DOA though (weird). The comment about the little screws that attach the cover being a pain is true! Come on AC, you can do better than that!! Otherwise it's a great Amp.

Love it, I had the 1.800 model previously. Great amp but cut out sometimes. So far my new 1.1500 has not cut out once.
Pros: Puts out lots of power without going in protected mode!!

Lc 1.1500 amp
Pros: Sounds great I had a alpine 1200 w to me I think it was louder but this sounds great and clean
Cons: At first I thought it was pricey but I found out you get what you pay for and this is great sorry I did not do earlier

Great clean amp with tons of power pushing a 12" B2 Audio D1 subwoofer in a 2.25' Bobby Gately kerf cut enclosure and it sounds amazing.. audiocontrol is good stuff,
Pros: Great clean sound lots of power, 5 year warranty and made in America ?
Cons: Does not include the bass knob ?. The tiny bolts that hold cover on are a horrible design and very hard to get to once amp is mounted

Works great. I've had many audio control products over the years. Absolutely no complaints. I was running Hertz Hdp1 and Hdp4 amps with great pleasure. This and the 4.800 are a little kick better. We will see how long these will perform. If they last like the Hertz, which I believe they will. I will be very pleased. No photos yet.
Pros: Great sound. Verified power. Etc.
