Kicker optimized the 44VL7S122 enclosure for their legendary 12" Solo-Baric™ square subwoofer. This 2-ohm sub handles up to 750 watts RMS without breaking a sweat, and its innovative square cone moves much more air than a conventional 12" round cone. Power this enclosure with a nice amp, and you will experience world-shaking bass.
Innovative woofer
The woofer's forged aluminum frame and Santoprene™ rubber surround handle high-level playback, while keeping the cone on track. The injection-moulded SoloKon™ polypropylene cone features 360-degree, constant-contact back bracing for strength and responsiveness. And the UniPlate™ back plate and pole piece are made as a single, solid unit to allow heat to escape the motor. Translation? Kicker designed this sub to take some serious punishment.
Tough enclosure
Kicker covers the solid MDF enclosure with black carpeting, along with an embroidered Kicker logo. Heavy internal bracing gives you a solid base for the subwoofer. Rounded corners help the enclosure to fit in tighter spaces. The specially engineered port increases bass response, and the enclosure's 2-ohm impedance allows you to draw maximum power from your amplifier. Enclosure: The Kicker Solo-Baric 44VL7S122 enclosure is constructed of thick, solid MDF with a custom engineered port design. Heavy internal bracing keeps the enclosure from flexing during use and durable rounded corners resist dents and dings when moved around. The enclosure is covered in aircraft-grade black carpeting.
Driver: The 44VL7S122 includes a single Solo-Baric L7S 12" driver. Its unique square design allows it to move more air than conventional round speakers while handling high power. Other key features include an injection-molded Polypropylene cone and Santoprene surround with patented corner ribs, and SoloKon 360˚ back bracing, all to help minimize distortion under heavy use. Kicker's UniPlate backplate and pole piece with perimeter venting provide excellent heat dissipation.

Okay just wow! This sub hits so unbelievably hard and so clean! I have it in a 2006 Honda Accord 4 door, with a Pioneer GM-DX971 and let me just say it is amazing, I love kicker and will stay buy there product more, this is a MUST BUY IF YOU WANT THE BASS
