So far quite buggy

This thing has plenty of power and the options to put it down effectively but I think mine may be defective. The LXRC remote is heavily bugged. The LEDS just display random stuttering colors. The menu select button does nothing. It does seem to control the sub gain as expected but I've got no way to be sure. The amp has also frozen up on me once in the single day that I've owned it. Outputs no sound, status LED does a rapid red/green flash and amp doesn't turn off even when 12V remote is removed. I had to pull the primary fuse to get it to turn off. Worked normally once it was "reset" but I'm sure it would have also drained my battery overnight if the lack of audio hadn't made me investigate further. I guess time will tell but I really want to keep this one. Once I got the gains dialed in it cranks with kicker components all the way around. It went into an F150 with the aluminum body so it has dedicated 0 gauge power AND ground straight to the battery. The Control Panel thing is very easy to use though I've now seen it twice reset my full range channels instead of retaining the 120Hz HP filter I'd set. Reached out to kicker support. Hoping something simple like a firmware update will fix my issues, otherwise I'll pick something a big more established.

Awesome Amp!!!

Sounds awesome but I may have to upgrade my speakers cause it's pushing a lot more power than my previous amp. No complaints yet and hopefully none in the future.

Kicker 51LX1200.5

I replaced my 30 year old Mach 460 sound system in my 1994 Mustang with Kicker speakers and amp. It really made a huge difference. This is the perfect match for the Kicker 6x8 and 6.5 round speakers with a Kicker 10" sub.
