Solid, adjustable TV stand
Nathan from Beaverton, OR on 6/16/2025
This is a great TV stand. I ordered it after trying and returning the Sanus VSTV2, which is also great, but lacks the height adjustment that I need. While I am very satisfied with the Kanto, I would score it 4.5 stars if I could, due to the difficulty of getting the crossbar attached to the vertical brackets - the small screws for that seemed to cross-thread very easily, so it took some effort to get them seated properly so I could tighten them all the way. Aside from that, it was very easy to assemble. As always, great customer service from Crutchfield, easy to return the other stand and now satisfied with my setup.
Pros: Simple assembly Fully adjustable height
Cons: Difficult to attach cross bar Awkward use spacers for attaching vertical bars to TV At lowest height, you can see the post above a smaller TV (e.g., my 42" TV).

Just What We Needed

Wasn't sure about using a stand like this but it turns out this was just what we needed for our set up. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything we needed was included. And best of all, every bolt hole was in perfect alignment. The machine work by Kanto was top notch.

Stands with fist
Bill from Reedsville, PA on 12/20/2024
It seems like a quality item, went together nicely no missing parts. It was packaged very well. We have a large 10" high Paradigm center channel under it and there is a lot more adjustment for even bigger speakers. The only minor issue is I wish you could lock the swivel feature in place. We are not using the tilt feature currently.

Cons: Missed the sale price!

Excellent Stand for my LG G4 77"
Dan from Miami, FL on 11/19/2024
I didn't want to wall mount my 77" LG G4 OLED, and as it only comes with a low-profile wall mount I had to go looking for a tabletop mount. I wanted something that would keep a very low profile and mount the TV as low to the media console surface as possible, and the TTS100 is able to do just that. The TV falls within the weight limits (around 6 pounds to spare) and the VESA mount (300x300) worked perfectly. I used the large M6 screws with a single one of the tallest spacers, and 1 washer, to get maximum threading of the mount screws without damaging the actual panel and it works great. One thing I would advise is once you've assembled everything but BEFORE you've mounted the TV, check the mount bracket with a level. Since there's 4 hex cap screws that allow for the infinite height adjustment, it's possible to get it set up such that there's a slight tilt - happened to me, and my TV had a NOTICEABLE tilt to it just due to it's size. Took everything off, tightened the 4 adjustment screws slowly and carefully with the level on there, and it was perfect. Also, the rubber pads on the bottom of the base can be turned a bit to adjust its level as well and keep everything nice and square. All said, great mount and customer service was VERY responsive - thanks!

Geat height adjustment but poor quality control
Rob from Cary, NC on 8/15/2024
Purchased this to replace a Sanus VSTV2 I bought to mount a Sony MASTER Series BRAVIA XR55A95L TV. The Sanus had limited height adjustment . This Kanto has infinite height adjustment. The build quality is good however the quality control is not. The two top mounting holes to attach the TV Plate to the Stand Base were not threaded. I was able to tap these out and continue with the assembly. I'm sure Crutchfield would have exchanged it but I was in no mood to wait for another stand to be sent to replace the Sanus stand.
Pros: Infinity height adjustment Sturdy Good cable management
Cons: Poor quality control

Great Stand But Watch the Spacers
Stephen from Tomball, TX on 3/2/2024
Solid stand and works very well. Packaging was very good and shipment/delivery was excellent so thanks Crutchfield! This stand is for a new Samsung 43" neo-QLED also purchased from Crutchfield so it's a bit of overkill for the TV size but I needed the vertical fine-tuning provided to clear cabinet obstructions. Good range of mounting bolt sizes/lengths are provided. Only complaint is the included bolt spacers are plastic rings rather than say aluminum, and my experience is plastic under a lot of compression won't last. For a heavier TV suggest a more robust approach such as visiting a hardware store for some aluminum cable spacer rings (if spacers are needed to conform to the back of the TV), or maybe just shorter bolts if excess length is the only issue.
Pros: Solid Stand with clever hanger design for easy TV mounting, Provides continuous vertical adjustment, Excellent side-to-side adjustment, Good range of mounting bolts provided
Cons: Plastic spacers for the mounting bolts are not a good long-term solution, Shortest M8 bolt length provided is 20mm, while 15 mm would have eliminated my need for any spacers. Murphy strikes again.

Steady as She goes!
Stephen from TURNERS FALLS, MA on 1/20/2024
I purchased this for my new 55" Sony OLED TV to put on our short table that we use in our living room for our home theater setup. It is heavy, sturdy, but also nimble: I especially like the rotating axis for viewing at different angles and it allows me easy access behind the unit for wiring connections (both TV and stereo components) It has an adjustable height which accommodated my 3"+ Sennheiser Ambeo Plus soundbar's placement below the TV. Crutchfield kicked in a strap to secure the unit against the wall, but I haven't felt any need to use it: I no longer worry when one of my house cats jumps up on the table behind the television - the Kanto probably wouldn't tip over even if I threw a cat at it!
Pros: Sturdy, adjustable height, rotating view angles
Cons: None

Poor Quality Control
Allen W from HANOVER, MD on 1/11/2024
I wish I'd ordered the Sanus stand. There are four screws to attach the TV mounting plate to the stand, but one of them was slightly too large. I'd purchased a bunch of different screws in addition to the stand to make sure there'd be the correct size to attach the TV brackets to the TV (all LG will say for its G3 TV is that they're M6, but no indication as to length). I tried out some of those, but none of those worked either. The installation team is arriving with the TV tomorrow, so calling the manufacturer for a new screw is out since I don't want to delay the installation, which would add at least another week to delivery. So I'm left with running out to local hardware stores and hoping they'll have what I need in stock, an M6 x 8mm screw with a fairly narrow head. If not, I guess I'm just going with the three remaining screws. OLEDs are much lighter this year than past years, so it should work..Well, that's assuming there aren't any other incorrectly sized parts. I'm giving this two stars instead of one because it is well packed, the various screws are well labeled for use, and it is fairly easy to assemble.well, except the incorrect screw. You could even add a star to this if you'll be getting it in plenty of time for the manufacturer to replace whatever happens to be wrong in your box.
Pros: Well packed
Cons: Poor quality control. Incorrectly sized screw.

Well pleased with this stand...........
William from Sparks, NV on 12/16/2022
Well pleased with this table stand. Bought because of the clean look, TV weight capacity, cable management system and swivel ability. Found it to be well engineered and manufactured. I particularly liked the way it and the related accessories were packaged. Assembly reasonably accomplished. I hung my 55" 40lb TV and am very comfortable with the resulting stability which was the prime objective in making the product decision. Not the least expensive table stand, but I consider it still an excellent value.
Pros: TV weight capacity swivel capability cable management approach well engineered/manufactured clean look good value

Awesome stand
Steven from Eden, NC on 9/25/2022
I got this stand to allow me to raise my TV above a new Center channel speaker. I was worried about it being able to adjust high enough with my TV to allow the speaker to be under it. This stand has a huge range of up/ down adjustment. As usual, my product advisor was 100 % right on it being the stand for BOTH my TV and the Speaker I wanted to put under it.
Pros: Lots of up/ down adjustment. Ability to turn the TV left and right. Its a Solid and heavy stand. not some flimsy stand
Cons: Have to remove the the TV to make adjustments up / down

Attractive, Quality TV Stand
Kent from Davidson, NC on 6/18/2022
The Kanto TTS100 TV stand is a very high-quality product. The packaging is solid and the parts are well designed and well made. None of them are flimsy or cheap and they all fit together properly. The vertical support doubles as a cable guide: there are little panels that slide out of the back and provide full access to the column along with multiple entry/exit points for cables. I bought this because I wanted to be able to swivel my TV based on where people are sitting in my living room. The swivel action is very smooth and it looks great sitting on my console (better than the original base). Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the height of the TV without removing it from the stand. This isn't really a complaint-I think it's obvious that trying to change the height while the TV is on the stand could be dangerous, so that was probably a conscious design decision. For a consumer product I'd say the assembly is medium complexity and if you're mounting a TV that's 55" or larger, it's definitely a two-man job. Probably the toughest part is mounting the brackets to your TV. It's not physically difficult, but you have to be very careful about the screw depth. Check your TV's manual so you don't accidentally damage it. If you're thinking about buying something cheaper elsewhere do yourself a favor and buy this from Crutchfield instead.
Pros: High quality Well designed Attractive Excellent cable guide in vertical support North American based company (Canada)
Cons: Height can't be adjusted without removing TV Made outside North America

How low it goes
Edwin from San Juan, PR on 6/3/2022

DONT OVERTIGHTEN BOLTS!
Devon from Titusville on 6/13/2021
First I want to say that this TV stand Is much heavier duty than it appears in the pictures. The only problem I had was with the four bolts that are used to raise and lower the TV. At first I used the provided Allen wrench to tighten the bolts and I ended up striping two of the four bolts. After a trip to my local Ace hardware store I was ready for round two. This time I used a bit driver which gave me less leverage and a better feel for how much I was tightening the bolts. I will probably buy another one of these for a 65 inch TV when our living room TV finally kicks the bucket but this time I'll use the proper tools right from the start. Again, this thing is super heavy duty.
Pros: Decent Instructions. Lots of hardware.
Cons: Easy to strip bolts.

Crutchfield customer from Dillon, CO on 5/30/2021
On quality of construction it gets five stars. I gave it four because the tv cannot be on the stand to adjust height. I purchased it for two reasons, both of which worked out perfectly. I wanted a narrower base than the stock Sony Bravia feet, and wanted to raise the screen to make room for a large center channel under the screen. The wire management is simple and effective with none of the tie wrap style annoyances. All in all, I'd recommend this product.

Solid and reliable
D. E. from Greenville, SC on 5/24/2021
Works great for my 65" Sony. When I was shopping for a tv stand, almost all of the popular ones had a tempered glass base, and many of those had a horror story review of that base shattering and damaging their tv. I didn't want to spend much money, but decided not to risk my expensive TV to save a few dollars on a stand. Then I found this Kanto stand. Made out of solid metal parts, including the base, I decided this was the right one. Indeed, it has proven to meet my needs. Setup was fairly quick and easy. You will need another person to help place a large tv onto the stand though. The only slight difficulty was that I initially had the height set incorrectly which I didn't realize until we tried installing the tv on it the first time. We had to set the tv back down, loosen 4 screws, re-adjust the height, tighten the 4 screws, and finally install the tv. There is no practical way to adjust the height while the tv is on the stand, but if you get it right the first time you shouldn't have to worry about it ever again. Overall, I'm happy with this stand. I have peace of mind that my tv is not going to be the victim of a shattered tempered glass base, and that is well worth a few extra dollars.

High Quality Stand. Highly Recommend.
Esteban from ATLANTA, GA on 1/10/2021
I got this stand for my new Sony 4K 55in. I am very impressed with this product. Starting with the packaging, very high quality, like Apple designed it. The stand itself is also high quality material and finish. It is easy to assemble with instructions provided, comes with multiple screws to make sure you can mount any TV, the available adjustments are great (up/down, rotate, angle) and most importantly, the TV feels solidly in place. I was about to buy a cheap stand online but stopped myself because I knew Crutchfield would carry only the highest quality stant and was right. Very happy, highly recommend.

Best for larger TVs
Crutchfield customer from East Falmouth, MA on 12/2/2020
The Kanto TTS100 is a good, stable table top stand, but may not be best for 43" (or smaller) TVs. The brackets that mount to the back of a TV (using the holes provided) stick up 2" above the top of a 43" Samsung TV - I had to drill 2 additional holes to prevent that. [multiple holes on brackets' top half should be extended downward 2 more holes to fit the 200x200 mounting pattern] (minus 2 stars) The mounted TV can swivel freely 30° left or right. It can only tilt downward 5° (with the provided wrench). I used it on a 29.5"H table, the ability to tilt downward 10-15° would improve reclining on a couch or the floor viewing. (minus 1 star) The base is 13/16" tall plus the 28" column, a 43" TV is almost 22" tall, so a 43" TV must be raised at least 7" above the table it sits on (if you do not want to see the column stick above the top of the TV).
Pros: Stable stand.
Cons: Missing mounting holes optimal for smaller TVs. Only can tilt TV downward 5°.

Perfect stand, easy build, well made.
Crutchfield customer from Thornton, CO on 11/9/2020
This worked perfectly. I have an older TV stand designed for large CRTs, so not very wide, but very strong. I bought this for a 43" 4K display for my office. The display's feet were too wide for the stand. So I mounted it on this, and it's exactly what I needed. Nice height. Very strong, nice cable management. Went together in minutes and while not a great idea, I was able to assemble it and mount the display all by myself as it is so strong/heavy-based. Perfect solution for my situation.
Pros: Nicely adjustable, good cable management. Easy to assemble, very strong.
Cons: None found so far.
