Very good but not great

Very handy but no power extension when the t harness includes power? I was told that it's only for hooking up factory speakers to aftermarket amps and locs but they locs and dsps require power ....anywho not a big deal but it seems like a missed opportunity to go above the minimum requirements. Speaking of requirements, should be noted as requirement for rear installation of amps,locs, etc. on t harness page, if you don't feel like fabrication of 16 extended lengths of wire

PAC LPHEXT17 Speaker Harness Extension

These made my amp/dsp install so easy from OEM head unit with the PAC T harness. They are marked every few feet showing which input to amp or which output back to front harness for speakers, which means you can pre cut length and Tesa tape them and solder them to your amp wires or hook on whatever crimp you use for amp input in your A/C house instead of in the heat outside. Personally I made two separate wrapped sets because of a lack of room going through thresholds. Got them all set, walked out and was in the heat less than two hours.

Worked great on 21 Trailblazer LT AWD non-Bose with ANC!

For anyone wondering, this was not recommended as fitting my vehicle (21 Trailblazer LT AWD non-bose, but with ANC amp and sub in rear of vehicle), but it worked great! I also got the PAC LPHGM71 LocPro Advanced T-Harness so I could add a rear-mounted amp ( JBL STAGE A6004 - 4 Channel 60W x 4 ) to power my door speakers using the factory wiring. I replaced all four door speakers (JBL Club 622) to handle the amp. Also added an AudioControl LC2i 2 Channel Line Out Converter for sub outs to feed a JBL Basspro Hub 11" powered subwoofer system. Everything worked flawlessly. Huge time saver and sounds much better than the stock system! Just remember to cut the purple ANC wire on the ANC amp (non-bose systems) behind the plastic panel in the rear passenger-side cargo area. More info can be found on Trailblazer Talk. Com forums). Otherwise you'll get some horrible bass fluttering sounds from the Automatic Noise Cancellation system in the AWD non-Bose Trailblazers.

This is the perfect companion to the PAC T-Harnesses. 17ft was long enough for use in my F150 Supercrew. I would like to see them put tech-flex on it but that's really the only downside.

Awesome harness extension

I paired this harness extension with the PAC LPHHDO4 harness and installed them on a 2019 Honda HRV. All I can say is it made the entire installation of an aftermarket amp and line output convertor a piece of cake. All the connections are accurately labeled with descriptions on which wires go to the amp and which ones run from the amp to the main harness.

I used this harness to extend my factory speaker wires to behind the rear seat of my crew cab and then back into the factory wiring to run the amplified signal to the speakers. It works great and the install was very simple and straightforward.
