Impressive, simply impressive.

2004 Toyota Sienna
Easy to install, easy to understand. Good cable length. Compatible with all factory features of my XLE with rear seat entertainment. Pro tip: all switches down, use the cd as input for Bluetooth, cd disc change to switch to the aux port, make sure you identify this Bluetooth device as car speaker (from your phone) and that you have your call volume turned all the way up. Steering wheel mode up button to answer and down to hang up. Wow what an impressive product!
Pros: Fully compatible and discreet
Cons: Took me a little trial and error to figure out all functions

USA Spec BT-TOYR
Crutchfield customer from Seymour, TN on 4/29/2020
2005 Lexus RX330
Installation instructions were pretty good and easy to follow. Works pretty good on my 15 year old Lexus RX 330. My only complaint so far is the volume difference between the phone mode and any music mode. I have to turn up the volume when using the phone, but after hanging up, the system goes back to whatever music mode I was listening to but much louder. You have to remember to turn down the volume down as soon as you are ending the call. Still happy with having hands free option on an older car. Like having my downloaded music available thru bluetooth. Crutchfield is so good to deal with. They are helpful and immediately corrected a minor ordering snafu for me.
Pros: Works great and sounds great
Cons: Volume inconsistency between phone mode and music modes

Does exactly what it's supposed to and was a breeze to install. The entire BT45-TOY system was a godsend for my vehicle, couldn't believe how easy it was to get hands free calling and Bluetooth streaming for a 2003 vehicle using the factory audio system. Can't say enough good things about it.

Necessary cable for the JBL 330 watt, 6-CD in dash, 10 speaker
Crutchfield customer from Lexington , KY on 2/18/2020
2003 Toyota 4Runner
This cable is required for the JBL radio with Rear Seat Entertainment. On the forum I was told it wasn't and in my chat session I got the same information. If you have 2004 4Runner with the JBL 330 watt, 6-CD in dash, 10 speaker like I do, you need this cable. The cable that is delivered with the BT45-TOY unit doesn't fit the connectors on the back of the radio. It seems like they could just swap these cables but I guess it's just a way to make more money. Save both cables in case you decide down the road to sell the device.
Pros: Cable works great, very happy with the BT45-TOY Bluetooth, smartphone adapter
Cons: Cable is extra cost and I think they should offer the BT45-TOY with the necessary cable, they are nearly identical and you need only one of them.

You need this with the BT-TOY BLUE TOOTH music and phone interface unit if you have a great seat entertainment system instead of the cable that comes with it. Worked great with steering wheel controls functional and rear seat entertainment system still functional. System works great for phone calls and music from your phone over the car system and sounds great.

Truly works as advertised!
Mark from York, PA on 7/16/2018
2007 Toyota Sequoia
We own an 07 Sequoia Limited, with rear seat entertainment. My wife loves to stream music from her cell phone. I searched and found this unit. It truly works as advertised. We now have streaming music, and Bluetooth to answer calls hands free, without sacrificing the rear seat entertainment! 5 starts.
Pros: Relatively quick and easy install. Much cheaper than replacing the whole system.
Cons: None
